Here I am, and now I have internet! Woo! I went over to the library today to get that all worked out with the tech help people and right as I got there, there was a fire alarm! O__O The solid marble building was not a pleasant place to be in for an alarm. ;;
After that was cleared up, (it turned out to be nothing) tech people set up my internet and sent me on my way. I got to my dorm to try it and...no such luck. Still not working.
So I resorted to purchasing an ethernet cable. Which is working fine~ Hence my current online-ness. Yay.
Not much else to report... 'cept that the girls across the hall are super into anime. Mostly the popularish stff, though, and not yaoi. (At least I don't think they like it... We'll see, I suppose.) And my roommate Caitlin seems really into watching all of the stuff I have and getting more into it, herself, which means she can be trained properly. XD;;; Yay for scheming.
Ummm... This is my first real update in forever and then some! Go me. I'm gonna try really hard to use this thing. And I may change my journal name to "Vtheyoshi" for consistency at some point in the near future.
Also coming soon will be pictures of my room and stuff. :D |

After forever and ever of waiting, my new doll(s) came in yesterday~ I woke up early this morning while the light was good to open up the box (in a ceremonial fashion that included picture taking XD;; ) and put them all together.
I'm not really sure weather to say doll or dolls because I actually got three heads and only one body. XD;;;
See, two of them, the two boys, are twins. I had to order at the same time so that they'd look the same, and such, and the third head was a present because I ordered way back during the Christmas season. (Yup, it takes like three months for dolls to be made and sent. XD;; )
The twins' names are Israfil and Mephistopheles, and the girl head's name is Amerillas. I'm going to do her faceup myself over spring break~

I just got accepted into a college~! :DD I'm very pleased!
My admissions officer even called me on the phone to tell me, and to say that she thought my essays and application in general were fantastic! They all also looked at my website and were impressed. :D;
They even offered me a merit scholarship of $12,000!
Yay~ At least I know I'll be able to go somewhere, whatever it is that happens. :D;
Sadly though, this is one of my west coast schools. D: ;; The only thing to dampen my mood. ; |

Heee~ I had a very nice Christmas, though my break has seemed a little uneventful with out getting to talk to Kit much...
I'm working a lot--trying to save up for another doll for my combined birthday and Christmas present to myself--and seeing loads and loads of movies. XD;;
Christmas itself was an especially fruitful holiday, of course! I got loads of doll furniture and art books, mostly.
However, thanks to Sarah and Ami, I now have a webcam thingy~! Thank you very much~!! :DD |
